As President of Huntsinger Consulting, LLC, Bill is an experienced real estate and development consultant.  He is an invaluable resource to his clients with his experience in design and construction management, due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, permitting and governmental affairs for a variety of clients including, but not limited to, owners, investors, developers, architects, engineers and contractors.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Bill served as Vice President of Planning for MetroNational, a large commercial, medical, retail, residential and hospitality investment, development and management firm with experience within the construction and real estate development division of the organization, including residential and commercial construction and maintenance.  Under his leadership, projects were developed within pro forma criteria while successfully achieving the developer's design and schedule requirements. Additionally, through Bill's participation on numerous city government committees, policies and ordinances were re-evaluated or newly developed to better serve the interests of the real estate development community and public.

Bill is an alumnus of the West Houston Leadership Institute, Past Charter Board Member and Past President of the Memorial City Management District, Past President of the Spring Shadows, Beltway 8 Corporate Center and Centerfield Commercial Property Owners Associations and Past President of the Houston Real Estate Council.  He has been actively involved with Houstonians for Responsible Growth and the Houston Realty Business Coalition. 

Bill currently serves as the Governmental Affairs and Executive Director of the Houston Real Estate Council.
