Tammy has over 25 years of property management experience working with developers, owners and third-party management companies.  She joined Brookfield through their acquisition of Trizec in 2006 and is currently the Vice President, Operations – Houston office.

Since 2005, Tammy has been responsible for overseeing operations, security, tenant relations and construction for Brookfield Properties’ 9.4 million square feet of Class A office space in Houston, Texas.  She has been actively involved in over 3 million square feet of office building acquisitions, as well as leadership roles in strategic planning and process initiatives throughout her career.

Tammy is a Past President of the Houston Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter, serves on the Executive Committee for the Houston Downtown Alliance and is actively involved with the Houston Real Estate Council.

Tammy currently serves as the Vice President/Treasurer of the Houston Real Estate Council.
